- The purchaser must complete the sale and purchase transaction on or before 20th December 2024 to qualify.
2. Offer Details
- Qualified purchasers will receive no pitch fees on the selected property until 31st December 2025.
- Pitch fees will be waived only on the selected residential park homes specified and are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other benefits.
3. Offer Period
- The offer is valid only for deposits placed on selected homes from the offer’s start date until 15th November 2024.
- Completion of the sale must occur no later than 20th December 2024.
4. Restrictions and Limitations
- This offer applies only to new purchases on specific residential park homes as specified. It does not apply to existing homeowners, resales, or homes outside of the promotion.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless otherwise specified.
5. Transfer of Offer
