Designed for residential parks, Quickmove is promoting an industry-wide park home sale event this Spring – and this is your chance to take part.
Spring Sale at a glance
- Participating parks offer a £10,000 discount off asking prices on selected plots and show homes
- Quickmove advertise the Sale using Search, Social, Display, Database and Print advertising media, reaching 1.5 million park home buyer impressions.
- Potential buyers register to discover participating parks and to validate their voucher.
- Deposits paid in the sale period 2 March – 3 May 2020 will qualify for discounts.
- Park operators pay nothing until completion, when a referral fee of 2%+ VAT (min fee £1,500 plus VAT) of final purchase value is due (NOTE: Fee waived if buyer moves using Quickmove Property Part-Exchange).
- To retain park operators’ margin, we recommend the promotional discount is unavailable with any other offer.
