- Wyldecrest Parks will require a copy of your first years bill. They will then provide you a cheque for 3 times this value, within 28 days of your purchase completion. They will not reimburse any subsequent council tax rises.
- Wyldecrest Parks will provide you with a cheque within 28 days of completion for 2 years of pitch fee. This will be calculated at the rate of pitch fee from when you move in and not include any pitch fee increases
- Wyldecrest Parks will reimburse any charges you incur from solicitors and estate agents. They will require copy of invoices to confirm the costs. They will also cover your removal costs if you use their approved removal company. Reimbursement will be via cheque and within 28 days of your purchase completion. These costs must have been incurred after placing your deposit. If you have no property to sell, they will still offer to reimburse your moving costs.
- This offer is only available on selected homes that are already on park.
- A minimum deposit required is £5000.00
